Pre-Orders via Crowd Supply

For all pre-orders placed via Crowd Supply, refunds and returns are handled directly according to the official Crowd Supply Return Policy.

Please consult the Crowd Supply campaign portal and their support team for inquiries regarding pledge cancellations, address modifications, or return authorizations prior to final fulfillment.

Direct Purchases & EU Right of Withdrawal

14 Days Right of Withdrawal

For direct purchases from USBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES SL, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (EU Right of Withdrawal).

The hardware must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

If you cancel within these 14 days because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of shipping the hardware back to us.

If the hardware is defective, arrives damaged, or is not the item you ordered, we pay the return shipping.
