This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Zero Knowledge & Direct Architecture

1. Special Security Note: KVM & Remote Access

No Session Logging: We DO NOT monitor, record, or store video streams, audio, keystrokes, or any data transmitted during Your remote KVM sessions or via the USBridge Client / Remote agent applications. All technical communication between Your Device and the target hardware/software is direct, peer-to-peer (P2P), and encrypted. We have no technical means to access, view, or intercept the content of Your remote sessions.

2. Interpretation and Definitions

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to USBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES SL, Carrer del Carme, Num 7, 17310 Lloret de Mar (Girona), Spain. For applications distributed via platforms such as the Apple App Store, the "Company" also explicitly includes its authorized individual developer, Amir Fatkulin, under whose account the applications may be published.

3. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

  • Account & Authentication Data: When You log in using Google OAuth or other third-party authentication providers, We collect Your email address, display name, and authentication provider details to create and manage Your account.
  • Application & Hardware Telemetry: To manage licenses, monitor active sessions, and provide technical support, Our client and agent applications transmit specific system telemetry to Our servers. This includes the application type (Admin, Client, or Agent), the operating system in use, and hardware specifications such as CPU, GPU, and total RAM. We also log connection timestamps (first login, last login, recent activity) and total login counts to ensure service stability and license compliance.
  • Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics on Our Website to analyze web traffic and improve the user experience.
  • Third-Party Services (Tailscale Integration): Our Service includes built-in integration with Tailscale to provide secure, low-latency NAT traversal. When You use Tailscale authentication within Our application, Your authentication data (such as Your email or network ID) is processed directly by Tailscale, Inc. We do not collect, view, or store Your Tailscale credentials. Your use of this feature is subject to the Tailscale Privacy Policy.
  • External Platforms: Our Website contains links to third-party marketplaces (e.g., AliExpress, Crowd Supply) and community tools (Discord). We do not collect or store Your payment details. Transactions are subject to the privacy policies of those respective platforms.

4. GDPR Privacy (European Rights)

Since the Company is located in Spain, We process Your Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights include:

The right to access, update or delete the information We have on You.
The right of rectification.
The right to object or restrict processing.
The right to data portability.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal data is being collected, the right to request deletion of their data, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell Your personal information.

6. User Account and Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play data safety policies, GDPR, and other applicable regulations, users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal and telemetry data.

To request the deletion of your account and all associated telemetry records:

  • Send a Request by Email: Send an email to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Verification via Registered Email: To verify your identity and protect against unauthorized deletions, the request must be sent from the exact email address associated with your USBridge account (the email used to sign in via Google OAuth or other authentication providers).
  • Data Deleted & Retention Timeline: Upon receipt and verification of your request, we will permanently delete your account identifier, email address, connection timestamps, hardware telemetry records, and any licensing links from our active databases within 30 days, unless legally required to retain specific records for tax or legal compliance.

7. Hardware Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damage to user hardware, motherboards, or target systems resulting from the incorrect connection, installation, or misuse of USBridge KVM modules and HATs.
